Enjoy free shipping for orders over $99 AUD within Australia; otherwise, a flat rate of $9.95 AUD will be applied.
For US,NZ, UK,EU, orders over $149 AUD qualify for free shipping, while a flat rate of $19.95 AUD is applicable otherwise.
Delivery Times
We use Australia Post or Sendle based on package size. Delivery times within Australia typically range from 3 to 14 business days. During recent higher volume of parcel delivery by couriers, both domestic and international orders may experience delays. For international orders, delivery times vary: New Zealand (7-14 business days), United Kingdom (10-21 business days), USA & Canada (10-21 business days), and the Rest of the World (14-28 business days). Shipping origin may be either Melbourne, Australia, or Hong Kong, China, depending on availability.
Order Processing Time
Most items are processed within 3-5 business days, but it could take up to 7 business days due to order volume. Orders placed after Friday 4 PM AEST will be processed the following Monday. If you use PayPal e-check, your order ships after payment clearance. Please double-check all details during the order, as we are not responsible for stolen or missing packages.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and do not charge taxes on products. However, you are responsible for any applicable import duties or customs fees. Multiple tracking numbers may be provided for separately shipped items.
